The day’s paperwork, done before the truck leaves site
Site Daily Log is a mobile-first log for construction crews. Photos, hours, safety forms and deficiencies — finished on a phone in a couple of minutes, and filed where the office can actually find them.
Accounts are created by your employer. If your crew already uses Site Daily Log, ask your supervisor for an invite code.
What it does
Safety forms, signed daily
Hazard assessments, fall protection and equipment inspections. A failed check has to be explained before the form will submit.
Hours the office can trust
Crew log start and end times and sign off each week. Corrections keep the original figure and record who made them.
Photos from the phone
Pictures are shrunk on the device before upload, so they go through on a weak site signal.
Deficiencies and extra work
Logged against the project with photos and a comment thread, so questions get settled in writing.
Records an inspector can follow
Every filed form is kept as a versioned PDF, organised by project, type and date.
Optional Google Drive copy
Connect a company Drive and every form PDF is mirrored into it as it is filed or amended.
